A receipt can contain a subtotal, tax and a final total. Reading each number correctly does not establish which one belongs in the total field. Jevit links extracted values to their source text, then lets you ask Jev whether that evidence supports the proposed value and document type.
You can inspect what was found, see what needs attention and resolve open issues before export. Missing information stays missing rather than being invented. The same distinction matters when reviewing summaries or categorizing requests: a plausible result still needs supporting evidence. Those are possible applications of the approach, not features of this demo.
